Shipping & Returns
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100 and all gift cards. We charge a flat rate of $12.50 for postage and handling Australia wide on orders under $100.
Summer Candle Co will post via Sendle or Australia Post. Their provider will email you with your tracking number.
We make some of our products to order, so please allow up to 5 business days for order dispatch. This may be extended during busy periods. Allow up to 2 weeks for delivery once you have received your shipping advice email with tracking number. SA, NT, WA and remote areas may take longer. If you have not received your package within this time frame, please email us at email@example.com with your name and order number. If you need your order by a certain time, then contact us to discuss.
Please give a current address and leave delivery instructions to ensure your package is delivered to you in the safest way possible. For example: Safe to leave at back door, no pets or do not leave package unattended.
We are unable to post to P.O boxes and parcel lockers. We do not currently post outside of Australia.
We want you to love your purchase so please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund or return for change of mind.
Replacements or refunds are only offered on damaged or faulty items on arrival. A request for a replacement or refund must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org along with photo evidence of damage to item. Please note that we may require the faulty item to be returned to us for inspection before approving a refund or replacement.
Refund or replacement requests outside 7 days of order arrival will be denied.
