SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
We charge a flat rate of $10 for postage and handling Australia wide. Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100 (excluding eGift Card values). We offer FREE delivery to Chisholm NSW and Medowie NSW. Customers from East Maitland, Thornton, Morpeth & local areas are able to pick up the order by selecting the Free Chisholm option.
Depending on your location, Summer Candle Co will post via Sendle or Australia Post. Their provider will email you with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 5 business days for packing and dispatch. This may be extended during busy periods. Due to Covid-19, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery once you have received your shipping advice email with tracking number. SA, NT, WA and remote areas may take longer. If you have not received your package within this time frame, please email us at Sales@summercandleco.com with your name and order number.
Please give a current address and leave delivery instructions to ensure your package is delivered to you in the safest way possible. For example: Safe to leave at back door, no pets or do not leave package unattended.
We are unable to post to P.O boxes and parcel lockers. We do not currently post outside of Australia.
We want you to love your purchase so please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund for change of mind.
Refunds are only offered on damaged or faulty items on arrival. A request for refund must be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org along with photo evidence of damage to item. Please note that we may require the faulty item to be returned to us for inspection before approving a refund.
Refund requests outside 14 days of arrival will be denied.
