Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchases so please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund for change of mind.

Refunds are only offered on damaged or faulty items on arrival and a request for refund must be sent to: sales@summercandleco.com along with photo evidence of damage to item.

Refund requests outside 14 days of arrival will be denied.

We do not offer refund for sale items, gift vouchers or clearance lines.
